As of 2 days ago I am missing several contacts on my mobile device and they are not synchronizing.  The contacts are still in my outlook.com account and I can access them online as well as on my Windows 8 laptop/tablet device.  The information is also synchronized in my Outlook365 account.  I have soft reset, manually synced and tried everything short of a hard reset which should not be necessary from the threads I have been reading.  Again this started 2 days ago and worked perfectly fine in the 2 months I have had the phone.  Please provide a solution asap as it is certainly a server side error.

I have the same problem as well
My contacts shows in outlook.com Contacts and windows 8 PEOPLE app  but not in my PEOPLE at Nokia lumia 720

No new contact from Phone is syncing to outlook.com and vise versa
