In WLM, when I scroll through the contacts, there are at least 50 which call themselves simply "Q", with no details except to say they're offline. All deletion options are greyed out, both the red X on the toolbar and the right-click context menu.

How can I get rid of them?

By the way, I'm running Windows 10, and don't use the Mail or Contacts or Calendar apps, since these can't (any longer, more's the pity!) be synced with WLM (all its email folders are on my hard drive).
