I've just bought a Nokia Lumia 920 and I can't get my Contacts or Calendar to sync to the phone. When I view the Microsoft Account on the phone, there are no options to untick/tick "Contacts" or "Calendar" only "Email". I've tried manually syncing the account and rebooting the phone.

If I try to add the account again as an Outlook.com account, it simply fails to work saying it can't find my settings.

If it helps, my Microsoft Account is a custom Live Domain, which has Outlook.com mail coming to it too - the mail works fine, just no Calendar or Contacts are showing up.

I use my Contacts and Calendar on my Microsoft Account all of the time, and I'm stuck without it!
