I have had my hotmail account for 10 yrs or more.  I went to send an email the other day to someone in my contacts and when I started typing the name, the email address didn't pop up, which I thought was weird because I knew the person was in my contacts.  So I go to my contacts and I have none listed.  How could this happen?  I clicked 'restore deleted contacts' and nothing happened?  I'm so frustrated and mad.  I've lost email addresses & contact information that I do not have anywhere else!
