Why is the contact list no longer shared between my 2 accounts in windows live mail?

without being signed into Hotmail.com?

Is there any way to update my mail.kvis.net contacts to match my Hotmail.com list?

it used to show all my contacts without having to sign into Hotmail.com what happened?
