When I try and end an email to a category  frequently the email will only go to few people, not a 100%, but at other times it works perfectly. The lack of reliability is unacceptable. I gather it is an indexing problem, how d I solve it? I have called Windows but they don't provide telephone support for Livemail. I am using a new laptop with Window 8.1, going to Desktop an then Livemail for emails.
