My laptop crashed on me, and I can no longer get it to work. It simply does not have a screen at all after it turns on. I don't know how to either fix it, or get to all my pictures and documents that are on that computer from this computer???????? I NEED TO GET ALL THAT ONTO THIS COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!!! HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!
