I have been trying to figure this one out since I've had my laptop I am on now, it's the built in cam, ittakes terrible pictures it's the camera, it not clear at all, it's very fuzzy and the lighting is terrible, the cam is terrible, does anyone know how/where I would go to fix the settings on my built in cam, so that I can finally take some nice clear pictures

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I am using windows 8.1, internet explorer, thanks
