When I open a new window to compose a new email, something has changed and I don't know why.  For some reason, the ability to use colored fonts, use color fill - ex. highlight a word, and even put in emoticons - all this is grayed out. Inaccessible.  It wasn't like this previously.

What happened.  I think my Vaio scan program offered me a windows update to install, and I did.  Would that be it?  Help! Thanks.
