My Live Mail program is infected.  I want to remove everything associated with program.  I have a backup laptop so losing emails is not an issue.

I have tried a few suggested methods with zero success.

Any Microsoft wizards out there?

2012 Live mail on Windows 10 platform.

Also, with both laptops sitting side by side, when an email from certain sites come in, both laptops will sound the notification, but the email only appears on the non-infected laptop.  Very curious.  I think my mail program has been hijacked.

I want to sterilize my laptop and reinstall the program.
