I set up 2 hotmail email addresses around 3 years ago for the children so I could send pics of them as little ones and have sent hundreds of emails since. Have just checked by logging in to both accounts on outlook and everything has gone. I appreciate this is a free service and yes I should have backed things up but if anyone can help me to try and recover all these precious pictures then I would be so very grateful as we have lost so much.
