On 29/10 I posted a question regarding the sudden inability to send an email. A large red cross appears and "This content cannot be displayed in a frame. To help protect the security of the information you enter into this website, the publisher of this content does not allow it to be displayed in a frame".  I have optimised my browser as suggested which has had no effect whatsoever, I do not have another computer to use nor another email account.

 

I understood that I would have a reply to my original post within 24 hours, which has not happened. I have had a live chat with Vincent who was unable to help and I have telephoned Microsoft Customer Service only to be told that as I am using a free email address (Hotmail), they cannot help me.

 

To say I am angry is an understatement.  Through no fault of my own I have not been able to reply to emails or send new ones for three days now and the lack of support from Microsoft is appalling.  Can you please respond to my request for help as promised or, better still, sort out the problem that is occurring with one of your products.
