code: 8015D002, I cant reset my password. I have literally tried EVERYTHING over the last week possible to reset my password. I've had codes sent to my phone, my email, my secondary email, my friends email, used every single browser in combination with
PC, MAC, LAN line direct connection, WIFI, different locations with PC and internet explorer. Nothing works. Every time i click on the link to reset my password it sends me to the page and i type in my new password and then when i submit it, a page come up
saying that the service is not currently available and to try again later. I have filled out a long form i think it was called an ACSI form or something that included the subject line and email addresses of the last few people ive sent emails to and this sent
me to a link that sent me to the same page to put in a new password which sent me to the same page that says that the service is not available and to try again later. This has been happening to me for the last week and nothing works. Ive spoken to multiple
people and a manager about this problem and no one could help me. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!
