Hello!

So my hard drive recently crashed, and I had to have everything booted back to its factory settings.  After hours of trying to get it all up to speed, I'm connecting my Windows Live Mail to the Charter servers to collect my emails and begin to get new emails...

But when I try to hit the 'x' to the right of the 'deleted items folder?'  I get an error message, which I *never* used to receive:

Windows Live Mail

Unknown error has occurred.

UID STORE failed

Configuration:
   Account: Charter (xxxxxx)
   Server: IMAP.charter.net
User name: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
   Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 143
   Secure(SSL): 0
   Code: 800cccd3

Note that I can easily delete each of the items in the 'deleted items' folder individually.  But the convenience of hitting that 'x' to the right is now seemingly lost to me.  So can someone please help me with this?

Thank you.
