I have gone through the proper page to close my account but right after I put in my password to close my account I get a message that says, "our server is having a problem, we're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes." A few minutes has turned into 3 days and still I cannot close my account. When trying to connect to the the Live Help or any other page associated with getting help to close my account I get another error page message that says, "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage."  I am so frustrated. I just want to close MY account. Shouldn't it just be a simple procedure. I am getting NO WHERE - anyone??
