I have been trying to close my account for quite some time now but I just can't figure it out. I have followed all the steps provided in multiple forums but I am still unable to close my account. After I click on "Account settings" I chose the option to "Close account". At this point, I enter my password and it says I must "deactivate my Hotmail account" before my account will be closed. Upon clicking the link " deactivate your Hotmail account" I am directed to a page that says "To close your Outlook account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account and Billing Services at https://billing.microsoft.com. " I clicked on the link and have absolutely no idea how I am supposed to cancel my services. I have tried everything! I hope someone can give me advice on how to fix this issue, or if it is allowed I give full permission to a moderator to access my account in order to completely close my account and fix this problem.
