I am trying to close my Hotmail account. When I go to Account settings, close account, type in my password, it says "You need to deactivate your Hotmail
account. Once you've done that, your Microsoft account will be closed automatically after a period of inactivity". When I click the deactivate link, it then tells me "To close your Outlook
account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account and Billing Services at https://billing.microsoft.com." There is no option on this
page to cancel billing and when I click the Help link it keeps taking me to Xbox help. Please assist me with closing my hotmail account, thanks
