Hi All,

I want to close out my .live email account but get the following error.

Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes.

I waited and waited but keep getting the same message.  Please assist and let me know how to fix this.  I do NOT have any "Paid" or other type of account just the "free" one.
