Greetings, I want to close my Microsoft acct in order to close my outlook.com email acct.
Then I want to open a NEW Microsoft acct. 
(I have already created a new basic email acct with a different service & use my PC for little else.)

Can this be done without affecting my new, basic email account?
If so, what are the steps? (I'm a little confused on how to do this on the same PC.)
