I tried to download a picture and sent to to my email  It wouldn't load so I got picture another way.  This wont stop loading and it wont give me the main mail site I keep getting outbox loading on screen.  I did a system restore for a few days and still cant' get in mail to delete it I tried reinstalling Window Live Mail but it says I already have latest installed! so I am stuck

i have uninstalled and reinstalled Windows Live Mail and still it returns!
