Hello 
Like many here I tried to set up an account for my son so that he could download apps onto his new phone. I set up a live.com account in his name and didn't not get asked where I was at any point so I guess it has defaulted to being the US (I am in the UK).

Then when he tried to go to the app store we get the message that he needs parents admission so I set up a hotmail account and try to do credit card payment. For 3 weeks there has been an error and TODAY I finally get the credit card payment page and I cannot use it because it is only for the USA.

I cannot find any way to delete my son's account so I can start again OR change anything to the UK.

How do I delete his account when every time I try to get on his account from any device I get straight to the "you need parent consent" page.

Help! I am very frustrated and fed up!
