Each time I try to link my sons windows live account, I get asked to confirm by using a credit card. Then it takes me to another page that tells me there is an error and to try again in a short time later. I have done this 5 times and each time I've been charged each time. I've tried the chat support, and also phone support and neither have been able to help me. I was planning on buying both my kids surfaces for Christmas but with such crappy customer service and not being able to link my sons account to mine I doubt I will.
If I don't get any help from this forum I don't know what I'm going to do.
