I am trying to access one of my hotmail accounts I had been linked to before Microsoft stop linking accounts, as I have forgotten the password for that account. However, when I go to the page linked from 'Can't access your account?' to type in the alternative address I want to be emailed on, no characters show up in the character box and I am unable to proceed to request to recover my account. This has been happening for days on multiple computers I have tried to recover this info on. I have already cleared my internet browser, auto-saved data, history etc. Please help!!
