I have been trying for 3 months! I have spoken to about 3 ambassadors , 3 microsoft support people and been told everything is good. Called microsoft, still my region is not changed! I really want it to be changed, it is quite an issue. I got told twice I would get a message from the Advocacy team, still haven't got one. I got told about 2 months ago, and a couple days ago. I really just want my region changed and frustrated that it is messing up for me. it should be simple, it does say in your records its changed. But on my xbox and website it is still Australia region! Would really love help!! PLEASe
