I changed my primary alias on Monday.  Since then, when I try to access outlook.com I receive the message : "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now."  Outlook 2013 can't sync, and my phone can't sync.  All incoming messages are being returned to sender.  My email has been borked for over 72 hours now.  Who knows how much stuff I have missed and might not ever know about.

I submitted a support request Monday night and received a reply on Tuesday night asking for more information.  After answering their questions within 2 hours I have heard nothing back. 

I replied in this thread and received a private response and gave the information requested there on Tuesday as well. 

Now I have been told to create my own thread.  Now I will have to wait for someone to give a private response to ask for more information as I know better than to post my aliases here. 

This is a travesty in customer support.  2 months ago I would have called myself a die hard Microsoft fanboy.  Last month I got fed up with WP8 (after using windows phones since WM5) and switched to Android and after the email problems last week and now this, I have switched to Gmail.  Please don't make so pissed off that I switch to OSX or Linux, I don't think I can take it...

However I would still like access back for all the different accounts at various websites that have my @live.com address.
