I installed new NORTON and now  PHOTO GALLERY will not accept camera,  Samsung Galaxy camera, which has worked for years/

Help screen noted to right click on DEVICE MANAGEMENT but it does not appear on program or even on Microsoft screen.

How can I get program to accept my camera ?
