Now I have a good monitor everything displays smaller in outlook (I do not want to have to reduce the resolution) and when I have outlook open reading an email in the preview pane I can adjust the size of the text only which makes the email look disproportionate i.e. big text little graphics. When I look at my screen the important content part is too small i.e. a small veiwing box in a lot of grey space. Is it possible to zoom the entire box so it fills up the preveiw pane? less grey?
What I have tried.
Increasing the text size to see if the box gets bigger. It does get a little bigger but I am left with ugly big text and a disproportionately small graphics.
Reducing the size of the other columns: The maximum size of the actual material box in the reading preview pane stays the same size?
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance
