i tried to search online and they were talking about the identity, so i search my Microsoft user data folder and found under Office 2011 identities i found many identities as the screen shot:
do i need all these identities? specially it's eating a lot of my hard disk space.
i am using OS X 10.10.5 Yosemite and outlook 2011 version 14.5.4 (150722).
... any idea how to help?
I have an Office 365 subscription and I have started and run every one of the office products (for Mac 2011) and activated with my Office 365 account. However Outlook continues to ask for activation/sign-in every single time I start it up. And in addition the actual login page keeps saying that the site is unavailable and I have to keep retrying multiple times to even get to the point of putting in my credentials. This is extremely annoying.
I have looked at the community postings on this and none of the postings help. All other office products including Word, Excel and Powerpoint work just fine. It is just Outlook that experiences this.
Hi,
I use Outlook for Mac 2011 v14.5.4 on a hosted exchange server (version 2010, I think). Neither Doodle.com nor Timebridge.com (nor any other scheduling web app I've found) will synch with either Outlook Mac or Exchange directly. Doodle does synch with outlook.com, though. Is there any way to keep an Outlook.com calendar and synch it either with the calendar of my Outlook Mac or with my calendar exchange?
Either source would be fine: synching with my Outlook Mac client calendar on my computer, or, synching with my exchange database, since -- obviously -- they're synched with one another.
It would work fine to synch only when I need to schedule something. Keeping outlook.com continuously up to date would be fine, too, though not necessary.
Ideally the synch would be one-way, moving data into outlook.com, either from Outlook Mac or from Exchange. I don't know if two-way synch would cause problems or not. If two-way were the only way, I'd try it and hope for the best.
I'm interested ·only· for the calendar; for web access to email, my hosting company provides a web app that's practically identical to my Outlook 2011 client. Again, if synching the entire account were the only way, I'd try that, too, and hope for the best.
THANKS!

I exported all of my emails, creating an ilm file. I have imported the ilm file to test whether I can read the emails that I have archived. The .olm file is listed in the sidebar under "on my computer/archived mail" but I cannot see any emails in the outlook window. If I open the "high priority mail" smart folder, I do see all emails from the .olm file that were flagged as high priority. Does anyone know how I can see all emails?
The .olm file contains several folders of emails for different subjects. Could this be the problem?
Thanks in advance
I upgraded my Mac to 10.10.5 Version and the my office2011 gone.
