All my other MS apps are working like Word, Powerpoint and Excel but Outlook just locks up half the time and the spinner keeps me from accessing the top menu to exit. The only option is to turn the computer off and start over. Not consistent, but started
immediately after I finished the upgrade from Mountain Lion to El Capitan..
I update the last Microsoft version 14.5.6 for Office 2011 for Mac and i still have on Outlook 2011 the Spinning Wait cursor is displayed, and the application status is displayed as "Not Responding. What can i do ?
Downloaded this fix and it seems to have been working.
Also learned that having any Office products in Full Screen mode has been causing part of the issue as well.

I have an (hopfully) simple question. Ich have a Open NL license for Outlook 2011 but it can't connect to our Exchange Server 2003.
Is it possible to downgrade the Outlook to Entourage with this license?

I want to add an icloud account to Outlook for Mac, but i do not succeed.
My iCloud account is made *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
Other discussions were indicating the solution, but for addresses @me.com or @mac.com.
And those solutions do not work for me.

After upgrading my mac to OSX El Capitan my Outlook for MAC 2011 stopped working.
I followed the instructions in this article https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3098229
MAC OS X version 10.11
Office for mac 2011 version 14.5.5
When i try to install the update it says it doesnt find the required software on the HDD of my MAC
Yet the office 2011 is installed on this HDD.
Due to this i can't apply this update.
Any feedback please

Outlook for Mac 2011 is not opening on my MacBook Pro after installing El Capitan. It starts to, title page opens up, but then it fails. This continues to happen even after installing the Update 14.5.6.
Anyone know what to do?
