I am running OUtlook for MAC and for the past couple of weeks I get a message now and then that says unable to send mail.

When I open this window it lists several e mails and says the date & Time, then "message could not be sent"

It references an error code 50.

This does not happen on all my outgoing mail, only some.

I cannot open the mail from this box to see what messages it is referring to.

Any one ever seen this?

my outlook for Mac (2011 ver) is frozen open with a spinning beach ball.  I can't close it or force quit.  How do I fix the problem?

Hi all,

Im new to this community. I need you guys help. After updating OSX Elcapitan and updating my Outlook 2011 for Mac with the latest update 14.5.7, im not able to sync and update my mail. As a result im not getting any new emails and also not able to send any  mails.

Can any one help me out??

Outlook is not accepting my password for gmail--either my personal account or my work account. All of the port and SSL settings, etc, follow the described recommendations. Someone in my office IT department said I needed something called Google Apps Sync to get my workplace Windows computer, with Office 2013, to sync with Gmail.

Is there some similar necessary app for Outlook 2011 for Mac? I cannot find it on the web, if so.

Quite frequently my outlook ( 2011 Mac) does not sync to get my email from gmail. Have to start outlook again each tine. Any suggestions

Just to give some background, a user migrated from GoDaddy's webmail to Office365. It appears the GoDaddy Outlook for Mac account was set up to have the sent email saved on the computer. After adding the Office365 account to Outlook for Mac and removing the old GoDaddy account, it appears the sent email went with it. Is there a way to recover the sent email that was saved to the computer?

I am running Outlook for Mac 2011. When I create a numbered list, the first level shows up as a number (e.g. 1) and then I hit TAB to get the sub-level and expect it to show up as a letter (e.g. a). But the second level also shows up as a number (e.g. 1). So, my list looks like 1>1 instead of 1>a.

How can I fix this?

Note: I do not have this problem with Word for Mac. Just Outlook for Mac.

Thanks.

how do I rebuild Outlook for Mac 2011 database? And can one update Office 2011 to Office 2016 with 2011 product key?
