Want export Outlook 2011 for MAC contacs to Outlook 2013 on a PC

After using Outlook on my Mac for over a year with no problem, I started receiving this message

"Microsoft Outlook must be closed because an error occurred. Any unsaved work may be lost."

And have to close Outlook every time not being able to work.

Could it have any relation to OX El Capitan which I updated at the same dates?

TY all

I am a Mac user & I have Microsoft Office for Mac 2011. I have found that no matter what I do, I am unable to close or quit Microsoft Outlook. I have no desire to use Outlook and yet I cannot get it out of my dock and cannot get it to quit or close, while I am able to open up & close the other utilities such as Excel and Powerpoint, etc. Any suggestions would help because it is preventing me from updating my OSX software. Thank you.
can't send mail's from mac but receiving all the mails on sending it shows your message was not sent there was message limit was saved in the draft and send later
I have a pop email which suddenly on Wednesday decided not to receive any further emails. However, by accident I found I could still send??! It claims an error code of -17897 is the reason. This is an account authentication issue yet I have checked, double checked and triple checked that the info is correct. Weirdly the same settings work without issue in Apple mail, pad and phone. Am using Outlook 2011 for Mac and still using Yosemite...have held off the upgrade for now. All help I have found is geared to other versions or PC based. Is this a known issue following any operating system updates I am not aware about?? Any advice appreciated...do not want to lose any email folders. Thanks!

I have a user that is running Office 2011 for mac connected to Exchange 2013.  Every so often when she sends a piece of mail, she will check her sent items and the mail shows up as a draft (allowing her to send it again).  However the mail shows as sent within via OWA.  Anyone have any thoughts?

...or is this the right forum?

Thanks

tengo este inconveniente saben si existe alguna solución?

In last week Outlook will suddenly freeze, needs to be repeatedly force to quit. Now today mail will not send. I also sometimes 'lose' the window (it just disappears) but clicking on icon will not open it again-to which I have to Force Quit again. I have reinstalled accounts but still an issue. Also did a repair of permissions. I did upgrade OS to 10.11.1 and this started to appear afterwards. Error messages are

server timed out or 'uknown error occurred"

I have just downloaded some new software and when I open Outlook, my Item list opens in the lower right corner of my screen with the columns all too narrow. I drag the corner of the window to enlarge the view and move the column lines to make then as big as I want them to be. The problem is how do I make this the default when Outlook opens? Every time I close, Outlook opens the Item List View back in the right corner with the columns all to short again, and I have to go thru a resize every time I open Outlook. I have tried the "make this the Default View" button under "View-Arrangeby" but it does not make any difference.
When sending a picture in an email, the picture reappears at the bottom of the email.  Therefore there are two copies of the picture.  It usually happens when I am forwarding a picture and text.  I have deleted everything unwanted except for the text and picture, and sent the email.  The picture comes through twice in the email!  How do I prevent the second picture from appearing?
