Hello.
I'm using Microsoft Office 2011 for MAC software and experiencing irritating issues that I can't fix. I know an answer is not to use Microsoft products but.....
The issue I'd like your help with is using Outlook. Outlook always opens in a minimised screen and the various columns spread across the screen. I then have to maximise and sort out the columns sizes. Then I close when finished, and on restarting, I have do the screen/columns all over again! I've searched for ways to fix this, but having no success. Anyone got any ideas?
Regards
Robin

Hi I have been using outlook 2011 mac with a single Gmail IMAP account. Recently I added another IMAP account, and I cannot figure out how to add it to the navigation pane the same way the Gmail account is there. the second account does show up in the grouped folders section, just not as a separate account. ASeetin the new account to the primary does not do the trick.
Thanks!
Eric
Hi, I can not connect my new ipad to outlook I have a exchange account when I try to connect it says can not connect to server then I get an email from outlook saying I have more than ten devices connected. I have tryed to find out how to delete my devices with no luck.
PS I use outlook 2011 for mac.
I have a Mac that runs on OS X Yosemite 10.10.5. I got this computer from a friend. It did not come with a product key or disk for MS Office. I can use Word, Excel & Powerpoint but when I try to open Outlook I get: "This account isn't associated with this office product. If you purchased Office for yourself use the same account that you used when purchasing Office. If you received Office through an organization or school please contact your administrator. If you have a product key, go back and select Enter a product key instead." I am no longer on good terms with the friend I got the Mac from. How can I get a product key so I can get into Outlook?
Now I can't close or quit the Outlook login dialog box. It does not give me a red X to close it and when I click Quit - nothing happens. I need to install a MS Office update but the update won't install until I close all Office applications. It's holding me hostage! Someone please help!
I have a customer who has a MAC and updated it to EL CAPITAN a month or two ago.
His Outlook will open and then it crashes after a short period.
It appears to update from his Office 365 account (Exchange Online) but then the notification bar shows something about loading attachments and then it will crash.
Here is the details of the MS Outlook Error Report

I checked and it appears that all of the udpates are complete for Office 2011 and OS X - EL CAPITAN.
I have seen a few minor versions back of Office 2011 that it was failing for users who upgraded to EL CAPITAN, but that was fixed with another release.
Has anyone had this problem with this version? Is there any fix for this available?
I just installed Mac OS El Capitan for my MacBook Pro. Now Microsoft Outlook is constantly crashing...spinning wheel of death. I keep force quitting Outlook and reopening, and sometimes it will allow me to do emails, but the constant crashing is preventing me from getting a lot of work done.
Is there a patch out for this issue yet?
Thanks!
Jennifer
