During the sending of practically all messages, I get the following message:

5.2.3 DATA size exceeds maximum permitted

I am not sending messages with any size and usually no attachments.  Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using Outlook 2011 on OS X 10.9.  When I'm typing in the body of a calendar entry, and I hit "Enter" (on my numerical keypad), it closes the appointment window instead of going to the next line as Return does. I'd like Enter to do what Return does (simply start a new line). How would I do that?

I use outlook 2011 version 14.5.8 on my MacBook Air system 10.10.5 (Yosemite).

I want to filter Junk. I pull down the Tools menu and the "Junk mail protection..." tab is there, but not active (i.e. grey, not black).

Help! I've tried everything, and I am submerged in junk!

Hi,

I have created signature in MAC outlook 2011 with some good fonts and one image inside signature. I am using this on my IMAC machine. When I forward and email which is received from an phone to another email, my signature goes "BLACK" and fonts and images disappear from email.

In the same manner if reply or forward an email  which is received from laptop/Desktop ,Signature is perfectly working.

Please help me to sort out this issue.

Thanks & regards,

Kuldeep Singh

I do not use Outlook on my MAC and out of the blue the app is showing up on my computer and stays open and I cannot close it.  It does not provide the Force Quit option so I have to shut down the computer by using the power button.  Has anyone experienced this?

Is there a way to send calendar invites with invitees bcc'd in Outlook for Mac?
View or preview invitation emails from gmail on Outlook mac 2011 will make the outlook not responding.
I recently added a 2nd email to my Outlook and I want to be able to drag and drop an email from one inbox to another.  While i'm able to drag and drop successfully, it still leaves a copy in the original inbox.  Is there a way to drag and drop an email without it leaving a copy in the original inbox?
I have outlook installed on two MacBooks with IMAP protocols, using Gmail for my main accounts.  When I make a change to emails on Outlook on one computer (i.e. placing them in a folder, deleting, etc.), it should sync on the other Outlook.  It doesn't.  How can I fix this?
