I did the update to 14.6.0 yesterday and now every email I send using Outlook for Mac 2011 with my outlook.com email address is also appearing in my inbox as well as the sent messages folder in Outlook
This never happens to me before . How do I fix this???
I want to add domains to the Safe Senders list in Outlook 2011. This shouldn't be a giant mystery, but how do you do it? Is it "domain1.com,dmain2.com", "@domain1.com,@domain2.com", "domain1.com, domain2.com", "domain.com domain2.com", "domain1.com<br>domain2.com", or ???
Nothing I've tried works. there is no documentation. Every example I see on the Internet is different except in one respect... they all assume you only want one domain. Not a single one shows multiple domains.
I have successfully used the Outlook (Office 2011 for Mac) on my old MacBook.
I just got a new MacBook Pro (OSX 10.11) and installed the office program on the new computer. The other programs work. I can put in the email address, password, etc. and then open Outlook, but every time I do that and click on an email, I just see the little circle going around and around and around, and nothing else ever happens.
I have deleted that email account and re-added it several times, and it still doesn't work. This is my husband's business email account, and we really need access to it. I'd really appreciate help. Thank you.
Hey guys,
I want to copy the folder structur of "on my computer" to my "Inbox" which is on a Server.
But just the folders, not the content.
Is there a way I can do this ?
I have just set up a new email address using a different host (Gmail) but will continue to use Outlook 2011 for Mac as my interface. I have already set up Outlook for my new Gmail account and can currently see emails coming into both old (non-Gmail) and new accounts.
I would now like to move some of my folders and sub-folders from my old account to my new Gmail account so I can continue to work with them and be able search for specific emails in them. Outlook 2011 always runs in the cached mode but does this cache remain permanent and is it a single file (.olm?) comprised of emails from both accounts or are there separate caches for each account? And once I am no longer using my old email account can I perpetually view emails from the last available cache for this account?
Finally, will I need to import this file to my new account, and how is that done, or can I, in Outlook, simply drag the folders that I wish to continue using from my old email account over to my new one?

Problem 1:
If you try to open another users calender outlook says "no permission".
But if you login in owa or set up the account in Outlook on Windows you are able to open the calenders.
Problem 2:
Mac OS and Office are all in english but the account within outlook is in german ("Posteingang" instead of "inbox")
Too often, my outgoing emails end up in the Outbox allegedly because "The message could not be sent because it has unresolved recipients." I verify each recipient but to no avail. Yet, when I send the email directly from Comcast, it sends just fine, with no "unresolved recipients" error message.
Is this a problem in my preferences or a glitch in Outlook?
I use a MacBook Air with Outlook: Mac 2011.
