I'm not that technical regarding these machines so any assistance warmly welcomed.
First off, if there is a way to put logos and have a text formatted signature, without using html, let me know.
So, I'm using html formatting on my emails because my sig block set up with logo, a formatted address and hours with lights and bells.
My default sig says:
Hi Customer
Thanks for your email
Blurb
Regards Emily
My logo, my contact info, hours of business [in formatted three column block with different sizes, styles and colors]
When I hit reply, I type in Joe Bloggs for "Customer" and whatever needs saying to replace "blurb"
Looks great.
But on the receivers end it looks like a kid was let loose with a fun font pack. Type sizes, styles and fonts are different for every line of text (except for my sig which is always right).
I know this is an issue for others, I've seen the postings and the rants, just wondering if in 2016 this is going to get fixed?
(And yes I HAVE to use outlook due to security protocols in place here - I could tell you where, but then I'd have to send the drones.)
There is a solution: I cut everything above my sig, paste it into TextWrangler/BBedit, then cut/paste it back into outlook, I even have it scripted to do it for me, but why do I need to?????

When I search in Outlook 2011 for Mac, the default setting is to search just that folder. You have to manually click the "All Mail" button in the ribbon to get the application to search all mail.
Can I setup a keyboard shortcut to search all mail by default?
At your service,
Michael
Hi,
User is having an issue with Outlook 2011 (Mac) calendar reminders not popping up. They show up in the dock (the little clock with a number in it) but do not pop up over her other screen rendering their function useless.
I have tried checking any number of setting to no result.
Anyone know what I can do about this?
I am using Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011 (v 14.5.7). I have discovered I have two main identities. One identity has data records and a database. The data records include mailing list, rules, signatures, etc. The other identity has data records, a database and, separately, a mailing list, rules and signatures. My problem is that there seems a lot of duplication which is using a lot of memory. My question, how can I identify the files that I am using and are most current, and delete the others? I am running OSX 10.10.3 on a Mac Air. I don't know how it happened; I'm the only person using this computer.
Thanks, John
I have duplicates and triplicates of folders that I don't even need. The folders are UNDELETABLE. For a guy with some OCD, Ha, this is driving me crazy. I have 2 "Deleted Messages" Folders, one has my name and one has my email addy. I have 2 Inboxes. The main inbox then an inbox folder with 5 inbox folders within it and each of them has an "Apple to do" folder within it. I have duplicates of Spam folders, folders I didn't create even and they are UNDELETABLE.
Anyone have helpful information for me? PLEASE
