Question about Outlook Express

Hello. I recently upgraded my hard drive and memory in my MBP 15". I reinstalled Office 2011 due to Outlook issue I had. In addition to an Exchange account, I also use two Gmail accounts. I was able to re-set those up in the fresh Outlook 2011 install, and the Inbox items have properly restored, but I am not finding my "Sent items" from the Gmail accounts. 

Note the Gmail accounts were previously set up in Outlook as POP3 accounts, so that is how I re-set them up here. (I seemed to have some conflicts with IMAP setup previously- wanted all mail to go into 1 inbox). I selected Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been downloaded) in the Gmail account settings. Again, I appears that this has refilled my Outlook Inbox correctly, but I still am not finding previously Sent mail from the Gmail account (in the Outlook account).

Am I missing something obvious? or do I need to somehow export the sent items from Gmail and reload them into Outlook?

In the details box it says: Invalid MIME content. 

I have recently updated to this outlook and this error message continues to pop up. My inbox is cleared. Due to my place of employment, messages that are sent or deleted have to be kept. How do I know what message is not syncing? I have checked the messaged with the "name" it has displayed but I can't figure it out. Someone posted to use the search box to find it, but how can I find it if I don't know what I'm searching for? Also... will the message have something on it to let me know it is not being synced? There are 4 of these messages that will not sync. Please help..

Anyone knows how to disable (not delete) a particular account create in Outlook 2001 for Mac?

I put the key from Online to Offline under "Tools" on Outlook ribbon but it works for all the existing accounts and not for a specific one as I need.

Hi, 

I have an exchange email account which began to run very slowly on outlook on my mac. I archived a lot of old emails and the problem got worse- the colour wheel of death and nothing appearing on the screen when I type. The progress bar shows the new archive folders trying to sync but after 48 hours they have hardly moved. Outlook is taking most if not all CPU capacity, 70-100%.

How do I stop it/correct it?

Whilst writing does anyone know a fix for the problem of attaching photos to emails. I used to be able to do it but after 'upgrading' firmware and software versions I no longer can. Photos have to be dropped onto the desktop, imported to a word document and then attached. this is madness. The mac is on 10.11.3 and outlook is 14.6.1.

Problem: Outlook 2011 for Mac- Smart folders - filters are not capturing all emails that belong in them. For example, the Inbox has 20 emails from today in it, and the Smart Folder 'Today' only is showing 13. Rules for the Smart Folder are setup properly.  Please provide a successful solutions to try and Thanks
