I often need to refer to file names within an email or document. If the file name contains underscores, the text between the underscore changes to italics. Example: 2016_Feb_02.docx
The text 'Feb' automatically changes to italics.
Does anyone know how to turn this shortcut off?
Thank you!

Why are the Organization and Details tabs Greyed out within Contacts Info. (see pic below) It doesn't matter if contact info is opened in a different window.
The source of the contacts is varied (some imported from entourage, some imported via text or vCards from Apple Address Book, while others created as new within Outlook 2011.) the problem exists regardless of source. I'm not set up to sync with Apple
Should it matter: I do not have an exchange account
I'm not "upgrading" to Outlook 2016 because I understand that it won't deal with POP accounts (I still have a few). And I fear it's as unfinished as Word 2016 (which is frankly multiple steps backwards).
Any ideas?? I don't even know what info is stored within these tabs.
Thanks in Advance,
ALC

I have a staff member with Outlook on her MAC. She has an IMAP account. There are phantom outbound messages that are preventing her account from sending new messages. However, all solutions lead back to deleting those messages from the outbox. One problem: cannot find the outbox folder! I've expanded every folder she has and it is nowhere to be found.
Any suggestions?
