Regarding the reading pane:
1. Is it possible to move the different folders around (Mail, tasks, notes, calendar, etc) or to hide them? I only use mail and contacts and desire to hide the others.

Bonjour, je travaille sur mac OS X.9.5 Avec Une version d'Office 2011. Je tente de faire un publipostage à partir de mon carnet d'adresse d'Apple Que J'ai subdivisé en plusieurs dossiers (lettre A, B, C ...) . Chaque fois que je te lance l'envoi à partir du document word créé à cet effet, j'ai un message d'erreur "un message de n'à pu Être Envoyé" et Tous les mails RESTENT Dans la boite d'envoi sans Que je puisse savoir de Quelle adresse il s'agit.
Au Debut j'ai COMMENCER AVEC 70 mails, PUI 20, PUI 5 et c'est toujours la même chose. Chaque fois je vide la boite d'envoi AINSI Que la fenêtre qui s'ouvre Avec le message de d'erreur. J'ai aussi procédé hier à la reconstruction de l'identité principale.

I recently re-set up Gmail to work with my copy of Outlook for Mac 2011. In the past, if I replied to a message, I would see a button called "Show Reply" while viewing the original message. Since re-setting up Gmail, however, that button has disappeared. How can I re-enable it?

I had three email accounts configured to access in Outlook, one gmail account and two from my ISP (local cable TV company) and all 3 worked well for several months. I learned some incoming and outgoing email from the ISP accounts were not processing. I
opened Tools-Accounts and noticed the icons for the ISP accounts were yellow. Followed all directions to delete and re-add those accounts. Outlook still shows a yellow dot for those accounts. Checked with the ISP to confirm I was using all the correct imap/smtp
and port settings. How do I setup Outlook so it'll work with those email accounts again?
I use Outlook for Mac 2011 on a Macbook Pro with OS X Yosemite 10.10.5
In early January my email provider upgraded its server from POP 3 to IMAP. Since then I've been unable to send or receive email in Outlook and receive the following error message: "Authentication failed because Outlook doesn't support any of the available authentication methods."
I contacted the email provider and initially they tried to help but when the problem continued they stopped replying. They are an activist-based outfit, not a commercial one.
I decided to try my partner's old Windows laptop and configured my email account on Outlook 2010. The port no.s are 993 for incoming (IMAP) and 587 for outgoing (SMTP). Encryption is SSL for IMAP and TLS for SMTP. Settings for outgoing server are the same as incoming. It worked! I was able to download my emails.
The only reason it appears I can't do that in Outlook for Mac 2011 is there's no option for TLS encryption on SMTP, just SSL. The only box to check is "Use SSL to connect (recommended)". Whether I tick that or leave it blank it doesn't work.
I would like any advice on what I can do. Can Outlook for Mac 2011 be configured for TLS encryption? Is there another version that will work this way? I don't want to change my email provider. Thanks.
