Greetings:
The NOTES page in CONTACTS seemed to change the text format (or I hit a wrong button).  I had my notes formatted in easy-to-read, with dates, then activity on a separate line:

12-12-13:
DAY OFF

The text format is now impossible to read (No spacing; all notes just crammed together):

I'm trying to migrate several folders of e-mails (containing several subfolders of e-mails) from an Exchange account into a Gmail account.

Some of the folders that I'd like to migrate, have already been moved to "On My Computer" within Outlook 2011.

I have added the Gmail account to Outlook as an IMAP account, but it's not letting me move/copy folders from either "On My Computer" or the Exchange account into the Gmail IMAP account. When I try to drag a folder from either, it doesn't let me drop them into the IMAP account.

Can you please advise how I can achieve this?

Thanks
James
Just went into "Options" on Outlook to change a setting and received the following message:

Email still works, but "Option" changes do not. Restarted both of my browsers to no avail.  Am running the latest version of Office 2011 on a MacBook Pro running OSX 10.9.1.  Any thoughts?

Many thanks,

John

Every system I have looked at has this in the event logs. From digging, I am speculating MS is using old code in Outlook. If this is found to be true, when could we, the consumers, expect the code to be brought current. I understand it is a no-fatal issue at the present time, but my logs are full of this type of "no issue" logging. Since OTAtomicAdd32 is being removed soon, as stated in the logging from Apple, 1) I do not know when and how that will impact me, and 2) I do not know what features, plugins, or other enhancements I am failing with or not gaining access to.

Thank you for your time.

I am running outlook 2011 for Mac and am trying to subscribe to a shared calendar from a colleague on a PC. I don't have Microsoft Exchange.
I have a webcal link to subscribe BUT when I click on the link it launches iCal where I have the option to subscribe. Does anyone know how I can get this link to open in Outlook Calendar not iCal?
I deleted a good 100 emails from my deleted items folder using Outlook on Windows. So they are all permanently gone.
I open Outlook on Mac and go to deleted items and scroll to the date range that I deleted and I can still see all of them.

Any ideas where to start with troubleshooting?

thanks

I am able to click email from the inbox and drag it to a folder, but often with great difficulty.  Often this effort requires several attempts before it succeeds.

When I drag the mail to the intended folder, the folder will be highlighted for just an instant (flash).  When I release the mouse button, the mail floats back to the inbox and does not move (most of the time) even thought the mouse pinter has not moved away from the folder title / folder icon.

It's as though there is a focus issue in which the mouse pointer only gains focus on the folder for just an instant, then it redirect somewhere else.

This is a very basic function in managing ones mailbox.  What is the solution??

Running Outlook for Mac 2011
Created mail merge document in Word for Mac 2011
Created data source in Excel for Mac 2011
Using brand new MacBook Pro running OS X v 10.9
Outlook is set as the default email
Updates are current

1. After completing mail merge (HTML), emails (small groups of <20) are sent without issue. Merged emails appear in sent folder with the following information displayed in the "Subject" column <<no subject>> and no information at all in the "To" column. The only information in the sent folder is the date and time sent.

2. Immediately after the emails appear in the sent folder the "subject" and "to" information appear correctly but this only lasts < 1 minute and then they disappear and reappear  as described above in 1.

3. When I click on the email in the sent folder to see who it was sent to, Outlook automatically resends the email again and it shows up in the sent folder as described in 1 above.

4. I have also tried a bcc version. Not sure where that ends up. The sent folder still behaves the same so I am not sure if what is appearing  is the copy of the sent mail or the bcc.

I have been looking all over the web for a resolution to this agrrevating problem.

Thank you for any help you can provide.
Hi guys, hope someone can help.

I am experiencing issues with Outlook for Mac 2011. When users create their own entries in public calendars they can edit / delete them no problem up until about 2 weeks after the creation date. Then only people set to the 'Owner' permission can edit or delete them.

This is affecting all users. Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone know how to sort it?
