I know in Outlook 2010/2013 it is possible to export fields such as the sender and recipient as a .csv file which is easy to view in a spreadsheet. Is there any way to do this in Outlook 2011?
Hello all,
I am using MacBook Air and the emails I sent in any folder are not sorted correctly. When I click on the date to sort by date, all emails except the ones I sent are sorted but my sent emails are listed at the very bottom of the list in every folder.
I would appreciate any suggestions to solve this.
Many thanks in advance.
How best can I real-time (or as close possible) sync my Outlook for Mac (2011) calendar with my google calendar and contacts, and my iPhone/iPad calendar and contacts - which sync well with my google accounts already?
I am a new Mac user, just migrating from PC with 10+yrs of emails in an Outlook .pst file. Hence wanting to start with Outlook for Mac so I can reference old emails.
The alternative question is whether there is an easy way to import a 5+gb .pst file into Mail for Mac, retaining the folder structure of those emails?
Thanks
I recently upgraded the operating system to El Capitain, now I can no longer search my Outlook contacts. They haven't disappeared, but any name I search for, I get a "no results" reply.
How can I fix this?
It took about 20mins for my Mac Mutlook 2011 to start up and it heat up my Mac to a "burning" temperature.
Please advise what I can do.
I do have heavy folder (12 GB & 416MB) imported from my PC outlook version, but I do need those files for reference. Would that cause the issue?
Do I need to "Archive" the documents in Mac Outlook 2011?

When using Outlook v14.6.2 the focus constantly jumps around to different folders. I will be in one folder, and suddenly the focus on the left bar is on another folder. Oddly, the window will still display the contents of the first folder.
This is just annoying. Anyone see this and solved it?
As of yesterday I cant receive or send emails from my Hotmail/Outlook account to my Mac Mail. I keep getting the below error message. It asks me to enter my password, which I do but says it is not recognised.
ALERT
There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “Hotmail” or try again. The server returned the error: The connection to host pop3.live.com on port 995 failed.
Thanks in advance!
