After restoring data with Time Machine, all my signatures are gone. I went again into TM and retrieved the signatures folder in the Microsof User data but the signatures are still not visible in Outlook (2011, mac).

What can I do?

Hello Microsoft Community,

I am in search of a backup solution for Outlook 2011 for mac as i have constantly last emails and its attachments due to unexpected errors. For your information i have tried archiving the mails but that stuff sometimes goes crazy, making emails disappear and also turn the content to garbadge when i import it back. I am lookin for a perfect solution that can backup my emails perfectly with no issues as mentioned above. I also did some research of my own and found that some paid applications are available for this purpose as well. I found out that some olm file repair utiity was available but i wan't interested in that, one application that caught my eye was mail backup x (www.mailbackupx.com), i think its recently lauched as i am looking for this solution for a very long time and it wasn't available earlier. I would really appreciate if anyone could look into this application and provide me some insight and also if any other free alternative are available then that would be great.

Hoping to get some decent answers asap. Thanks

I'm using Outlook 2011 for Mac.

When I search the sent folder by TO, I get all my emails but they are not arranged properly.

When I click on the Sent items folder, the display of emails are correct (Recipient name, Subject and date). However, when I do a search in the sent folders, that list of emails goes wrong.

My issue is the Reading Pane.

I use the reading pane set on RIGHT, and the results of my search are under Arranged By: "Date Sent" and "Newest on top".

All is fine except the list of emails are displaying my name instead of the recipient. I'm unable to change the name under "Arranged By" to the recipient. If I switch my reading pane to "Below" or "Hidden", then I get the correct "TO" names that I want. I can move and manage my headers around freely. But in reading pane RIGHT, I can't do any of this.

I can click the header and select Account, Categories, Folder, etc., etc, but the same display is showing, that is, a list of emails showing my name(as sender), subject and date. I want to see the TO as the recipient's name, subject and date. I already know I sent the emails in the sent folder, I want to see who I sent it to.

I hope I described my issue properly, can anyone help me solve this?

Thanks

I have Office 2011 and Outlook use with pop. Whenever email sending the following error occurs: "The Trust of your signing certificate Could Not Be verified Do you want to send this digitally signed message anyway.?"

I have occasionally been having trouble with emails erroring (error: -108 Not enough memory) and then being moved to the Outbox folder. I also hear the 'Mailbox sync error' chime when this happens. The email will refuse to send until I quit and reopen Outlook, after which it sends the email immediately.

From browsing various postings regarding the 'Not enough memory' error code it sounds like the problem is most likely not 'memory' related at all, but more likely an issue somewhere else. In an effort to resolve this I rebuilt the Outlook database, and also checked the Outlook 'Reading/Security' preferences as suggested by a few posts, although I failed to understand what 'downloading pictures from the internet' had to do with sending emails.  Nothing seems to be resolving the problem. I am sending emails throughout the day, but this seems to happen randomly.... sometimes not at all for an entire day, yet on other days it happens numerous times.  Many of the emails do not necessarily have any attachments, so I can't attribute it to that. It also occurred to me that it might only be happening when 'replying' to emails. I will have to continue to track occurrences and see if that is truly the case.

I am using Outlook for Mac 2011 v14.6.0, running on an iMac 3.5GHz i7 with 16Gb of RAM and plenty of hard drive space available.  My operating system is 10.10.3 (Yosemite).

Every time this occurs I have checked the system.log in Console to see what is going on and I see the same thing every time:

I am not knowledgeable enough to be able to determine what the system.log is telling me, if anything, and was hoping someone out there has had a similar problem, or can at least decipher the system.log.   I would appreciate some help/suggestions.

I scheduled a call for 8:00 am for support to call me. However, it does not indicate in what time locale it is scheduled. Does it automatically know my location or does it use PST, CST, or EST? I am in HST. ( I had to schedule it 4 days from now as no sooner times were available) My question for support is: Can you help me straighten out Outlook email folders. I have had to restore Outlook folders several times so I have 3 Outboxes, 3 Delete folders, 3 Junk, several inbox named folders for specific email storage, etc. I only want one of each folder. How do i integrate each one into one folder

HOW CAN WE REMOVE "SEND ON BEHALF"... to simple name and email address of the pop3 account we are using to sent an email??
