Hi,
I use office for mac 2011. After setting up a new Macbook Pro and importing the old data the autofill of addresses does not work.
How can I activate it?
Or should desinstall and completely reinstall Office for Mac?
Thanks

The search function no longer works on my Outlook for Mac application. I've re-indexed Microsoft Office as well as my Mac HD in spotlight. I also verified and repaired disc permissions. The steps did not work. Are there any other tricks people suggest I try? I'm on the verge of switching mail platforms out of frustration

Hi,
New to Outlook so please forgive my ignorance. I have not been able to view Room Calendars from an exchange server. The person in charge of the Room Calendar has shared the calendar with me and has given me "full detail" in the permissions. I am able to view "Personal Calendars", but when I try and connect with a "Room Calendar" I get a message saying I don't have permissions. Any thoughts as to why?
Thanks,
Craig

I used to be able to drag and drop emails to my Finder windows on my iMac for storage, or alternatively, right-click on an email and use "save as" to store it as an .eml in a folder. These options just disappeared overnight. So how do I save an email? I have resorted to selecting Print, then saving as a PDF. This is time consuming and not the end result I want.
Thanks.
My outlook doesn't seem to want to import my emails so i can save at a regular date
Not been using it for a while as i lost all my folders down the side that i had created, god knows what happened
Started using mail on mac but really prefer outlook

iMac to MacBookAir, both 10.9.4, both with Office 2011, v14.4.3. Cannot copy contacts from Outlook on iMac to Outlook on MacBook Air. I follow the Export, olm file Import procedure without success. The folder has about 5,000 contacts. Creation of the olm file takes quite a few seconds but the end result, viewed in Outlook on the Air is 4,000 plus blank lines and about a dozen contact lines (always the same dozen).
I have been trying variants, for example with delimited txt files, for a couple of days now with unacceptable results. Would be very grateful for help as I leave on a foreign trip tomorrow.
Many thanks, Dave
