Any idea what i can do?

Hello All.

I have been facing this problem for a long time. Every time i open outlook on my MAC (OS X 10.9.2) i get 2 old office reminders with no due date and when i double click on either one of them, my outlook crash with the error down below. Only thing i can do is dismiss these old reminders. I migrated from Windows 7 outlook to MAC last year & this has been happening since then. I can search for these email in my archive and mark them completed but when outlook is started again, these 2 old reminders pop up again. It like somehow they get reset for reminders upon start and have a life of their own.

By the way these 2 reminders also pop up with my valid reminders. Like i said, only option i have is to dismiss them. Its been well over a year an year now since i have been living with this problem. I'd appreciate if any Outlook experts out there knows some workaround to permanently delete these old reminders or mark them completed once and for all.

Here is the error.

Hi Guys, We have a client that is having issue with his Outlook for Mac 2011. He is using conversation view and was grouped by subject. Now, all of his email that has no subject (including the replies on that message) were being held on a single thread. Any idea or suggestion how to avoid this? Because in this case even the unrelated emails were being combined together on just a single thread.

Thanks in advanced!

Arnel

When I delete a message, the next time it does a Send/Receive, the message comes back to the Inbox.

System

OSX 10.8.5

Imac  3.4 ghz intel core i5

Office

Office home 365

Problem

After installing Office 365 I cannot access my ‘Identity’ in Outlook 2011 for Mac (32 GB)

It is located in MUD/Office 2011 Identities/Main Identity

However When I start Office by pressing Alt/Option this Identity is not listed??

I created a new Identity by filling in my account data

This gets listed as 'Main Identity 1',  I can send and receive, but synced and only about 600 mess (63MB)

I did try moving folders identities so perhaps some links got lost in the process

Note:

I can only sign in in my office account through the link in the paymentconfirmation email I received I cannot access via https://office.microsoft.com

Note

I live in Thailand, but registered on a Belgian account

thanks for your help

My company operates on an Exchange Server (2007 I believe).  The standard computer for the company is a PC.  We can send file sizes up to 100 MB.  It is so large because we send drawings and larger files back and forth routinely.

Anyway, I have a Mac running Outlook for Mac (2011 Version 14.4.3).  I can receive those larger files (10, 15, 20 MB) no problem.  However, when I try to send or forward those same messages, I get an error message back saying they won't go through?  I then have to log on to my PC and send them.  I can also access Outlook from my Mac using Outlook Wed Access and forward or send those larger files, no problem.

I can not, however, forward or send those larger files directly from my Outlook for Mac 2011.

Thoughts?

I use Office 2011 for Mac.

I bought a new macbook and attempted to transfer documents over but it turned out that my document file in my first computer was larger than the entire capacity of my new macbook air. brought them into apple genius bar and they transferred everything over except for microsoft identities which were in total about 200 Gig.

I no longer use outlook because of the many problems I've had with it - although i still use word, excel, Ppt, pub , etc.

Can I remove all or at least the last Main Identity backup on my first macbook without it impairing my used of the other sub programs of Office 2011 other than outlook?
