I have one folder with one file in it and when I try to delete the file or the folder individually or empty the trash outlook bombs.
Any ideas?
At this point I do not want to try to do a rebuild as this tends to create its own problems. Any suggestions how to fix this?

Since a few days Outlook on my new Mac keeps freezing all the time.
Aftr startup it takes a good 8 - 10 minutes before the wheel stops spinning.
Doesn't replicate emails anymore, the wheel starts spinning on every click.
The whole application becomes unworkable.
Done all debugging methods I could find so far, nothing helped.
I'm having a problem in my Outlook, I'm currently in the conversation view, and the emails that are having the same subjects are grouped together. For example, the emails having "RE:" in their subject, gets grouped together even if it is from another account. I want it to be regrouped based on the sender/receiver. I hope this will get fixed, or I want to find another solutions for this.
If someone can help me, please do. I need your help.
When I type a valid email address into the address lines, often the address immediately appears in an orange box that indicates an unknown recipient. These are addresses in my Outlook address book. If I hit send, such emails bounce back. How can I correct this problem?

I have the following problem:
On my iMac and on my Macbook Air I have configured an Microsoft Exchange Account (Exchange 2007, SP2) in Outlook for Mac 2011. Since a few days always the same reminders are coming up (birthdays, only all-day events) on both devices. When i click the button "Close all", the reminders are coming up a few minutes later again.
Does anyone have an idea?
My System: OS X Mavericks 10.9.4, Outlook for Mac 2011 with latest updates, Exchange 2007 with SP2
