Hello everyone!
I have real trouble with only one user account , Mac Air OS Mavericks +Outlook2011/14.4.4 + Exchange 2010 SP1. You can see New email messages after few hours and Outlook 2011 client keep updating local all the time.
Observations:
-- On the Exchange 2010 the user's email account size is 4.9GB, but Main Identity on the Outlook2011 is 8.2GB
-- Add second/different user account to the same Outlook 2011 and Second account working just fine...
-- I have more MAC's and Outlook 2011 + Exchange 2010 users (about the same size 3-5GB) and they all working fine.
-- OWA working fine.
1. Rebuild Main identity not working to fix the problem.
2. Outlook 2011 Re-installation and start with new Main identity recreate the previous state and didn't fix the problem.
3. Format different MACbook and install fresh OS and Outlook 2011, create the same user account and not fix the problem, recreates the same state - You can see New email messages after few hours and Outlook 2011 client keep updating local all the time.
4. Create the same user account on the Windows PC+Outlook 2013, WORKING FINE.
5. On Exchange 2010 site - run in PowerShell the cmdlet - New-MailboxRepairRequest and completed successfully WITHOUT ERRORS Reports (NO 10062 report was created).
I need help ASAP, i can't fix the problem already 2 weeks.
Any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
Best Regards!
I imported several big pst files into Outlook. It created one folder for each PST.
My question is how I aggregate all these folders into a single folder. There are sub-folders with the same name in folder so Outlook complain and doesn't do anything. I would like it to merge the contents, preferably eliminating duplicates at the same time.
Is there any way to do it. Perhaps using vba.
Thanks,
Marco
Hi all.
I've had Office for Mac 2011 installed for almost a year without any problems but yesterday Outlook put itself to sleep and won't wake up.
By this I mean that I had been using Outlook to send some basic messages, then closed the computer for 15 mins or so, and when I opened the computer from sleep mode, the Outlook icon was there in the dock but I could't open it.
Specifically, when I clicked the Outlook icon, the "brand" message would appear on the screen for about half a second but then disappear after a flicker on the screen.
Here's what I've tried:
- Removed Outlook from dock and tried opening from Applications.
- Deactivated the software in my account and then reinstalled the program.
I haven't installed any other software on my computer for many months, and nothing else on my computer has any apparent problems with it, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, which are all working fine.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Andrew
Hello,
when I start microsoft office outlook for mac 2011 it starts to send 2 emails. You can see that the computer is sending them (with a yellow triangel )but after a while it stops. They can't be send.
When I want to send another email, the computer starts again with sending 3 mails (the two emails + the last email). It takes minutes before my third email is send en the two emails stay not send.
I can't remove those 2 emails because I can't find them anywhere in my outlook.
Is there a solution for my problem?
Thanks
Marc

Hi!
A question about Office for Mac/Outlook. How can I move several appointments in one step to another day or week.
For example drag or cut/paste 5 appointments in one step.
It is possible in outlook for windows, but I don't get it in this version.
Thankful for help

I'm getting the message that my database have problems when I open outlok.
I tryed "rebuild" option but it not work.
Searched around some info, but no one match's my situation. I want to follow THIS steps, but I can't because the data takes 10Gb and there's only 1,8Gb free.
One obvious think is to make some free space on the drive, but another, an preferable way is to use an external drive to make the steps.
As i can't find information about this way, i'm asking if any one knows how can i try to follow the steps using an external drive.
Another question i make to my self is: "duplicate" option does same than copying the "Microsoft 2011 Identities" folder and pasting it in the external drive as a backup method for the step 3.
