Hello

One of the servers I connect to using IMAP deleted all the emails (basically crashed) and now all the emails I had on the client were also deleted when synchronization happened.

Anyone knows of some way of trying to recover them? (does outlook stores backups in the local disk for instance?)

Thanks

We are seeing an issues with Outlook for Mac 2011 and calendar events. These events are in the past and Outlook will randomly post errors about the event stating that it has failed to make changes, please contact the original creator.

Additionally, some users are reporting that Outlook will not successfully send meeting cancellation notices to Windows users. All of the server and directory settings are setup correctly. Is there an issue with Outlook for Mac successfully sending back to the Exchange server here? We're running Exchange server 2007 SP1 and in the midst of upgrading to 2013. Hopefully this and a host of other issues are resolved with 2013.

Thanks.

Hi,

today I opened my outlook and my inbox was empty. There are a number of unread messages; neither these unread messages appear in Inbox. The funny thing is that when I search for a received message or for messages for a specific period of time I can see them.

Any idea please?

Thanks

IT recently had to rebuild the database on my version of Outlook 2001 for Mac. Today I noticed that all of my preset category colors have changed. This will be a hassle and time consuming to go through and change them back since I set them to those colors for a specific reason. Why did they change? Is there a way to revert it back before I spend an expensive hour setting it up again?

Hi there. I have Outlook 2011 for Mac.  I started my computer up this morning and opened Outlook but NOTHING was in there.  None of my saved folders, no inbox emails...nothing.  I went to go create a new email and it said I had not set up an email account.  I have alot of important information in my folders.  I am afraid if I re-setup my email account, I will not be able to access any of these important emails that were saved in folders.  I use gmail on outlook. I am able to send and receive emails from my iPhone on the mail app.  Help? Any idea what would have caused this and how I can fix it?

Thanks
Ashley
