Hi There,

Can Microsoft assist in saving my whole outlook and folders on cloud through remote assistance?

Thanks

I have a list of 150 or so email address, all separated by semi-colon

Can I create a bcc contact group in Outlook 2011 for Mac without typing each address in to create separate contacts?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

My use case is that I want to track for responses on some messages I write. My methodology now is to wait for the message to be sent the move it from the sent folder to the "Waiting for reply" folder which I go over periodically.

I'm looking for a way to automate this. Best would be if I press a key which makes Outlook both send the message and put it in the Waiting folder. E.g., by using an applescript.

Alternatively, I thought that pressing a key will add me as BCC, and also add a "*WF*" string at the bottom of the message. Again, with applescript. Then when I send the message it will also arrive at my Inbox where I'll have a rule to move messages to "Waiting" if they contain "*WF*"

Dears,

In my Outlook in Office 2011 for MAC - I face a problem, when I create any event or meeting - it is not reflected in calendar. Then reminder appear but i still see nothing in calendar.

Interesting that if I use function "my day" it show me meetings i created, but you understand it is not comfortable at all if i need to see week calendar

Calendar is very important for my work so will be really appreciate if you can help with this issue

In attach the photo which show that i can see my events/meeting in "my day" but not in calendar

thank you

Dears, I have a problem when i send the mail to group of adresses. On my work rather often i have to send mails to group of people and sometimes it is a bit less than 100 adresses. I do not face any problems with the sending, all work perfectly, but from time to time it happened that 1-2 adresses not work (maybe they were deleted by iserd or something else). In this case I have got error message "Unrouteable address".

My problem that Outlook do not indicate what exact adress have this problem so then i had to send adress by adress or by small groups in order to find out 1 of hungred mails which is problematic one. In other mail program where I worked before I had got mail where was indicated what exact mail had a problem. Maybe i need to make any settings in order to get this message as well?

Please advise

thank you

Hello,

I manage a domain environment that is fairly small. It has Server 2008, Outlook Exchange 2010, consisting of two domain controllers and a hand full of other Server2008 servers. All of these are virtualized on VMware ESXi and running off of a SAN as well. So that should give you a little idea of our configuration. The key issue that has been driving many people insane and I can't seem to find a resolution to is that Mac user's are having their Exchange calendar entries move. PC users are not having this happen. I have instructed the users to be very careful about appropriate time zones when creating the events, permissions to not let anyone else edit them. This is still occurring and I can't seem to find an answer online as to why. All of the VM's clocks are good. The end user clocks are set accordingly and I even began setting them static to where we are located. We have tried dissassociating the user's with this issue from their iPhone's thinking that maybe the phone was editing it some how through iCloud syncing etc. None of this has worked. Any other ideas or solutions would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks,

Daniel

I am unable to set up folders in Office 365 in my Inbox.  It is a university email so I don't know if that has something to do with it.  I am also on Mac.

Has anyone else experienced this?  If so can you point me in the right direction?  I have tried hovering over the Inbox but it does not give me any options to create folders.

Thanks,
Kate

Hi!

I have some difficulty to send big size attachment of mail from outlook 2011 of Mac(OSX 10.9.5).

Now I use exchange account of my company but only have difficulty to send  big size attachment in outlook 2011 of Mac.

As I searched the same problem in this community and found good answer as below.

https://support2.microsoft.com/kb/935848?wa=wsignin1.0

But I don't know how to open " web.config file."

Please let me know how to open "web.config file."

Could you please help me to fix my problem?

Greetings -

We've been seeing an issue for - oh, perhaps a third or so of our users. The issue is that Outlook will fail to get new mail from the exchange server, when the Mac has woken from sleep. Sending seems unaffected. Eventually - after a variable (but generally long) amount of time - it will finally pull new mail.

A workaround seems to be to quit Outlook, then relaunch it - that kicks it back into retrieving new mail. The behavior can't always be reproduced on demand. It seems to happen more frequently to users with a larger number of emails in their inbox (many well past the recommended 5k limit). Some get it infrequently - say, once a week or less - others have it happen nearly every time the mac goes to sleep. It appears to happen more often when the mac has been sleeping overnight, over lunch, or otherwise sleeping for a more extended time. Users are able to confirm new emails are on the server via Phones / OWA.

It appears to have started an update or two ago for Outlook - at the time I first started tracking it, all users were using Outlook 2011 14.4.3, but now many are updated to 14.4.4 (with no change). Mac OS is typically 10.9.4 or 10.9.5, but at least one user is still using 10.8.5. Setting app nap off had no effect.

I tried enabling logging on my own Outlook, but I've only experienced it once or twice. The one time it did happen, I was unable to spot any unusual errors in the log (and now the logs from that event are not available). We are connecting to Exchange 2010 hosted by a third party (Intermedia). The Remote Connectivity Manager shows everything being OK.

Is this happening to anyone else? I asked on another list (MacEnterprise) and a few other places were seeing similar issues. Is anyone aware of a fix, or if MS is aware of the issue?

Thanks.
