My auto check has detected a new server for my email. I am using a MacBook Pro. It has a message with a company name I am familiar with but not the company I am currently employed at. I am wondering if my company has changed to their server or they are
trying to hack my computer? They are a competitor so it seems weird and not a spam or virus type of situation. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello,
I've been having a problem creating a "do not send" list for Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011. Essentially, I am sending out bulk emails and when people want to unsubscribe I have no means to create a list so that no email is ever sent to them again. Because of the number of emails going out, it would simply take to long to search each excel sheet of emails I have and purge the unsubscribers.
Is there any way to create a list of emails that outlook will not send to, even if the names or in the excel sheet?
If it helps, I am using a Microsoft Word document as the basis for my form letter emails, which then pulls the email contacts (hundreds of them) from an excel sheet, which then sends them to my outbox in Outlook.
Thank you,
Frank
My email accounts were there, then suddenly they have disappeared! How do I get them back?
I am totally losing patience with getting bounced from one part of Microsoft to another. The problem is that

My name is Jeff and I'm here to assist you. Let's work together in finding the right solution to this concern. I understand that some read emails in your inbox went missing.
You've mentioned that you're using Outlook for Mac 2011 as your mail client. Just to verify, is the account added in your Outlook for Mac 2011 a Microsoft account? If yes, please try to access your account through web browser in https://outlook.com and check if you can find your emails there.
Also, looking at the initial information you’ve provided, I can refer you to Microsoft Office for Mac to provide some clarity.

Hi Guys,
For the last 4 years I have run several mailboxes through Outlook using IMAP settings, some of these mail boxes are monitored by more than 1 person at any given time.
I recently upgraded all the computers to mac's and since then have had nothing but issues.
The emails keep dropping out and asking us to log in and re-enter our passwords relentlessly,
We also keep finding that when one machine is logged in it knocks another off, we are finding it really difficult to get any thing done:
The error message we are getting the most is this:
The server for account returned the error "[UNAVAILABLE] Maximum number of connections from user+IP exceeded (mail_max_userip_connections=10)." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?
This seems bazaar as the mailbox with the most connections would never exceed 5/6 and some mailboxes affected nobly have 1 or 2 connections,
I have tried to call Microsoft, raised the issue with my email host and have spoken to Apple, as yet i have got nowhere to finding a solution.
Please advise.
Can any one help me to get rid of this errors please.....

Outlook cannot find the server. Verify the server information is entered correctly in the Account Settings, and that your DNS settings in the Network pane of System Preferences are correct.

As I was writing an email the computer was shut down due to lack if charge. After restart the Outlook, doesn't start anymore.
At the stage "identification is setting..." it stops and closes.

Hello,
My Address book has a check box next to it and below it i have 5 folders (or address books) also with check boxes to the left of them. Each Folder/Address book has its own contacts inside which can not be mingled. I need to import a txt file into one of them with additional contacts. How do i ensure the contacts in it go to the correct address book? Also, what is the significance of the check boxes? Thank you.
