Question about Outlook Express

Right now the version of Outlook 2011 I am using only allows one time copy/paste with no clipboard history option. I looked to see if it could be added to the Toolbar but there doesnt seem to be an option there. Is there any way to access it, or should I just go ahead an install an external clipboard manager? If so, if any one could recommend a very good one that would be great.

I recently updated my Mac (running office 2011) and when I reopened outlook all my emails were gone?? on a quick review it appears that all my email accounts are no longer setup in outlook.

is there a way that the system update can be reversed - there were a lot of emails that have since been deleted from my mail server so i can't retrieve them.

Why is Outlook 2011 for Mac 'Database' file located in:

Documents > Microsoft User Data > Office 2011 Identities > Main Identity

NOT backed up by Time Machine?

This is the first time I have ever encountered a file not backed up by Time Machine??   I have no restrictions to prevent that happening.

All the records in:

Documents > Microsoft User Data > Office 2011 Identities > Main Identity > DATA RECORDS

ARE backed up

but NOT the DATABASE file under > Main Identity.

This has made Time Machine effectively useless to rely upon for backups of Office as you have to rebuild the identity from a Time Machine backup (which does not work in my case).

So now I am having to manually backup my Main Identity file every day so that I can restore from it if there is another crash in my Outlook 2011, which seems unbelievably ridiculous because this DATABASE file can simply be copied from a backup into the Main Identity again and it works.   So why won't Time Machine do the same and back it up and restore in the same manner?

Outlook for Mac 2011 Version 14.5.6

OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.4

When using outlook, everything works great for my Gmail account, but does not work for my MSN account.  When I click send/receive all and look at the progress bar, it shows that outlook is uploading Junk  x/y.  After the uploading is finished with the junk.  It starts again with the same number of messages (y).  Outlook has not downloaded/uploaded any new messages for the past week, but my junk messages are up to date.

Please help.

I have read lots of discussions on changing the font and size of outgoing messages but none answer my problem... that I found anyway.

Using Outlook 2011 on my Mac and want to change the outgoing message font and size.

I've followed Preferences/Personal Settings/Fonts but nothing happens when I click on fonts. No other windows open, no other options listed anywhere... nothing.

Why is this not working or am I just not using it right?

PS While we are on the subject can we change the size of the 'Item list' (list of incoming message headers) on the main outlook view as it is very small?

I am using outlook for Mac 2011 version 14.1.0

Suddenly I am no longer able to retrieve new mails, my last mail to my inbox was 24.5.2016.  When I click the Send/Receive icon, I get the following error code 

The server for account "Hotmail" returned the error "Authentication failure: unknown user name or bad password. [Error="ProxyNotAuthenticated" AuthResult=0 Proxy=HE1PR0101MB2042.eurprd01.prod.exchangelabs.com:1995:SSL]." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?

I have re-entered my password many times and deleted and re-instated my account but nothing is working.  I have had no problems in the past and have made no changes to my laptop that could cause this problem in the last 7 days.  I can send emails and can access my folders, contacts etc.

Has anyone got any ideas of how I can get my emails?

When I try to access my mail, I get this:

"An unknown error has occurred in Outlook.
Could not retrieve mail.
Account name: "Youmail"
Error code: 150”

How do I correct this?

After a update of Apple or MS office, our office account disappeard. I a added the account again, what worked, new email came in BUT all my folders (with old mails that i saved) are gone.

How do i get them back?
