When updating Entourage 2004 to Outlook 2011, will it keep my old emails which are color coded in the same color coded colors?

I currently have a userform in a Windows Excel 2013 file which automatically sets appointments in Outlook based on the user's input in the fields and need to write the same function for a Mac running Excel 2011. I've found plenty online about emailing a workbook/sheet/range (already using in a separate userform in the same workbook) using the Mac versions of Excel and Outlook, but haven't been able to find anything about setting appointments.
Hi, we had Outlook (part of an Office 365 Personal subscription) working perfectly for several months now. After upgrading to OS X 10 (Yosemite) it will no longer connect to the Exchange server.
I am receiving the following error message and I have no idea if it is affecting my email incoming/outgoing or how to resolve the error:
"Invalid mailbox name"
Any assistance would be appreciated!
While trying to troubleshoot my offline gmail account for Mac, I just decided to try starting everything over from scratch.
However, when I deleted my gmail account initially, and re-added it, it never popped back up on the left column showing my folder. It looks as though I didn't even have the gmail account configured. However, now I've deleted all my accounts, deleted my "Microsoft User Data" folder in my Documents folder, and restarted Outlook. Now that I have added both accounts again, neither one of them even show up in the left column.
Can someone please tell me how to like reset Outlook back to its default, original, first-time user settings? This is a pain in the **** and makes no sense.

Is there an off/on switch for certain accounts in Outlook for Mac? I have no idea how to get this working other than to completely delete the account and re-add it.... How in the hell do I enable the account so that it tries reauthenticating???

Hello guys,
I'd like to know how I can set up the sync for contacts, mail and calendar on Mac OS 10.10 using EWS. What is the server address for this? I have a normal outlook.com account with a Office 365 home (trial) subscription. (When I try outlook.office365.com it says the server is not responding)
I use Outlook for Mac 2011, and have got a lot of trouble with e-mails that is put in the mail-bax from an old file. The system also builds lots of identities, and when I try to rebuilt the database - Outlook creates 181 rebuilt folders.
Can anyone helt me out of this problem.
I get this message when I try to access the mail.
